In June 1994, we were incorporated as a Non-Profit Organization. In the years since, Niijkiwendidaa Anishnaabekwewag Services Circle has seen a substantial increase in public awareness and need for the services provided. Throughout this time our “Reason For Being” and “Values and Beliefs” continue to be the foundation from which this agency operates. Niijkiwendidaa Anishnaabekwewag Services Circle’s main goal is to support Anishnaabekwewag and their families as they move forward on their healing journey; which will ultimately lead to families and communities becoming healthier. Our long term goal is to accomplish change within the larger community and society as a whole, by validating and valuing the qualities of Anishnaabeg and our culture. |
